Ratafia Rosé de Champagne is a liqueur wine with a distinctive fruity richness and tactile depth, perfect for casual tastings or as an unexpected pairing with creative dishes.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8 to 12°C in a curved glass.

Production Method

This Ratafia is produced from the first-pressed juice used for Rosé de Saignée.
We extract the initial pressed juice, then add our Marc de Champagne (alcohol) to halt alcoholic fermentation.

This blend is then aged in oak barrels for several years, allowing it to develop its complexity and refined character.
