Ratafia de Champagne is a liqueur wine with a unique fruity richness and tactile depth, perfect for casual tastings or as an unexpected pairing with creative dishes.
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8 to 12°C in a curved glass.
We extract grape juice directly from the press and add our Marc de Champagne (alcohol) to halt alcoholic fermentation.
This blend is then aged in oak barrels for several years, allowing it to develop its distinctive complexity and richness.
