  Tasting

This Champagne presents a silky, dense pale golden hue, with light straw-yellow reflections. Fine, lively bubbles sustain a persistent ring, indicating a rich yet fresh wine.

The first nose reveals chalky mineral notes, accompanied by acacia and intense rose aromas, alongside peach, sweet almond, and white fruit pâte de fruits. As the Champagne aerates, it develops aromas of candied pear, candied lemon, honey, Morello cherry, fig, licorice, blackcurrant, warm plum, quince compote, strawberry, orange, passion fruit, pomelo, raisins, and chestnut.

The attack is rich yet fresh, with a creamy, well-integrated effervescence. The Champagne develops a juicy and enveloping fruit texture, balanced by a bright citrus acidity of orange and pomelo. The mid-palate expresses opulence, with fruit volume and structure that balance the dosage, while candied citrus freshness extends the finish with pleasant bitters. The long, persistent finish is rich, saline, and perfectly balanced, leaving the palate alert and satisfied.
