Gâteau au champagne

Gâteau au champagne de Joëlle

Préparation pour 6 personnes.

Ingrédients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 glasses of sugar
  • 3 glasses of flour
  • 1 glass of oil
  • 1 glass of champagne
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Préparation

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites; add the 2 glasses of sugar to the yolks and mix until the mixture whitens;
  2. then add the flour, baking powder, oil, and champagne, and mix well.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at thermostat 6 (approximately 180°C / 350°F).
