Our Vineyard

On the south-facing slopes of the Western Marne Valley, between Château-Thierry and Dormans, our vineyard extends over 10.06 hectares of exceptional terroir, recognized for its quality. We cultivate the three grape varieties authorized in the AOC Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.

From the know-how of our ancestor winemakers, we have learned how to craft and blend our Champagne Cuvées at the family estate, respecting Champagne traditions.

Les three Champagne Grapes

In the Champagne AOC appellation, we are only allowed to use three grape varieties that are particularly well-suited to the climatic variations of Champagne and its clay-limestone terroir.

Pinot Noir (30% of our cultivated land) and Pinot Meunier (40% of our cultivated land) produce red grapes.
Chardonnay (30% of our estate) is the white grape variety.

Le Meunier

This rustic, exclusively Champagne grape variety is planted in the Marne Valley and the Aube.
It is better resistant to frost due to a later bud break.

Le Chardonnay

A noble grape variety, predominantly found in the Côte des Blancs, Chardonnay is one of the finest white grape varieties.
It is a lover of limestone soils and prefers temperate climates. When vinified alone, it produces Blanc de Blancs..

Le Pinot Noir

This great grape variety is primarily planted in the Montagne de Reims.

Pinot Noir thrives in limestone soils, producing very fine wines in a contrasting climate. It is an early-ripening and low-yielding variety.
